The apartment is decorated nicely and CLEAN* with everything needed for your stay. *The shower curtain rod needs to be raised so the shower curtain doesn't lay in the shower getting nasty. The bathroom is in dire need of a PROFESSIONAL update/remodel. Someone has "tried" to do it but it is not up to standards. Reminded me of my ex father-in-law's "It's good enough" attitude."

"The condo 5303 was very nice overall, but the owners need to bite the bullet and replace the mattress. A foam topper does not make it better. It can shift, and cause you to topple out of bed!The unit is fully and comfortably furnished otherwise with everything you need.
