"The hotel is perfectly located next to the historic old town, but misses the cheesy tourist strip. The neighborhood and surrounding streets have a lot of bars and restaurants that serve locals (no english on menus) and is very lively on weekends. The receptionist and staff at hotel are polite and friendly and give good suggestions on places to visit. The wifi was quick and room spacious and clean"

"Convenient location but rather basic and reminded me of a student flat. Missed my flight connection so didn't arrive until the day after my first nights booking but despite there being a sign on the wall saying that No shows would be charged 50% of the first night, I didn't get any reduction in price. My room was not cleaned on one day and I was left without any toilet paper, and there is no one on site to ask for supplies so you are on your own. Amenities are rather limited, 2 glasses between...

"Great location for walking. Free street parking in front if you are lucky. Comfortable room with small balcony. Breakfast set up in room with fresh pastries delivered each morning. Smooth check -in and great communication. Highly recommend. "

"Highly recommended! The experience is really amazing. From a typical southern Italy family, my friend appreciated the fab traditional decorations in the shared space once entering the living room. The room is spacious with two beds. The neighbourhood is quiet. Everything is clean and well equipped. Gabriele also suggested a very nice dinner place for us which was very delicious! We will be back when visiting Palermo again :) "
