Welcome to our spacious and cozy home with 2000sqt located in a quiet street in Medford. Our beautifully arranged 5 bedrooms home is perfect place for family union, small or big group looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. It's wonderful with a lovely private yard with a view straight from the living room where you can rest and relax after days of spending to explore Boston.
7.7 mil to Downtown Boston
5.6 mil to Harvard University
8.9 mil to Fenway Park.
6.5 mil to TD garden

This spacious 5 bedrooms home has been designed with your comfort in mind. Each bedroom is furnished to provide a cozy retreat. The dining area with 6 seats is arranged in the living room overlooking the yard. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic kitchen utensils to whip up meals.
The living room, dining area, kitchen, a full bathroom, 4 bedroom and laundry are located on the 1st floor. All bedrooms have blankets, pillows and closets to store everything you packed.
The 5th master bedroom with private bathroom is located in the basement.
Especially, there is a small and lovely tent where the children can enjoy their own private space

Great stay
The house was beautiful and very clean. My cousin (an adult) loved staying in the little tent in the big room. Plenty of parking, good quiet neighborhood and close to both Boston and Salem which was perfect for our trip. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Coffee was stocked which was very appreciated by all of the over caffeinated women of my family. :-) The only notes we had was that the ceiling is thin so the upstairs neighbors walking around or whatever other activities they were doing we could hear and kind of kept us up at midnight in the bunk bed room. And the living room TV area doesn't have enough plugs to have everything plugged in. Luckily we had portable power strip with us we were able to connect so that we could get internet. Other than that we enjoyed the stay and the house!

Property was modern and tastefully decorated. Clean and odor free. Very good communication with owner and nicely stocked. Shopping, restaurants and attractions were close by. 100% recommend!
