I’ve been to conferences here but never stayed before. I would definitely book again. Proximity to Copley Square, the Public Garden, Comm Ave - wonderful. I did think the breakfast overpriced. The English muffin wasn’t great. But the oatmeal was amazing.

The location is within walking distance of many iconic attractions. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. However, the room was lackluster, run down, and not the cleanest. I understand it is not a new hotel, but the room furnishings were threadbare and dingy.

It was difficult to find the valet parking area. There was a sign that said “Valet Parking.” I parked and went into the hotel. I was told that wasn’t valet parking and was given verbal instructions where I needed to bring my car. I had a bit of trouble understanding the verbal instructions. So had to go back for more instructions. After a bit of riding around I found the site for vehicle drop off. I wish the hotel would just hand you a simple map.

The employees are very helpful. The city of Boston is very Inconvenient for drivers. Absolutely no parking is available.
