The woman that checked us in was cold and offered no details about the stay that a check-in entails. There was construction on our floor which included appliances in the hallway (refrigerators), plastic covering and tape down the entire hallway and the smell of paint (but not as strong as the weed). The room was dirty (hair in the shower) and the beds were so cheap they moved when you sat down. I am shocked they would book rooms on a floor so deep in renovations. The only pleasant part of the stay was the lovely woman working the front desk in the morning. She was kind, helpful and very much appreciated after the stay we had.

Arrived at the property to find a fellow customer upset at the counter with no employee present. The other guest informed us they did not have rooms. Waited several minutes for an employee to come over, she did not look at me (she was on the phone with Expedia, I believe). She asked my last name and said I didn't have a room. She walked away (still on the phone) and offered no apology or assistance. The other guest informed me they were under construction. Another guest came in needing assistance and she even had to knock on doors for someone to come help her. The floors were dirty in the lobby. We left to try to find another room and ended up driving for 2 hours and to another state before we found accommodations and more than double the price and didn't check in until almost 2 am. It was an absolute terrible experience.

Absolute waste of money. I could not be more disappointed or disgusted by the appearance of a hotel, especially for the cost per night. The rooms and common areas were filthy. Drains were packed with hair, before we ever showered, that bubbled up as the water turned on. The refrigerator smelled like urine. The heating unit sounded like a jet engine. The said that breakfast was included however “breakfast” consisted of muffins and nutrition bars. There was instant oatmeal but no hot water and spoons accessible. Hallways and elevator were little with trash. The entire facility had a pungent smell. I would like to reach out to my credit card and determine if payment can be challenged due to the absolute filth of the facility.

Besides the smell of pot in the hotel what surprised me the most, it was how they say they serve breakfast, when all they have was packaged muffins and a packet of oatmeal and a snack bar. If you’re looking to have breakfast at the hotel to save some money, this one is definitely not for you. They have very thin comforter as well, so come prepared.

Im going to make this real quick and simple. Very bad service, disgusting rooms that had big brown stains from the bed to the window shade. Room key barely worked, broken tv remote, and not accommodating to any of our needs. Overall if you need an affordable hotel don’t waste your money go somewhere else 1/10. Also something shady is definitely going on there don’t know if it’s the guests who stay in the rooms long term or the owner, BUT EITHER WAY DONT BOTHER GOING HERE

Do not stay here. The desk lady tried to make it better. Our confirmation was wrong when we called about it prior to our arrival. She sent us to a room that had someone living in it. We went back and got a new room and it was "cleaned" but old and bare. The refrigerator was rusty and we were afraid to open it. We wouldn't have used any of the appliances. When we arrived at night there were people standing outside that probably should not have been there. It was overpriced for the experience. Convenient to the bus stop to catch the train.

On the day of my reservation, a staff call me to confirm that if we will come or not and I confirmed with them that we will come. When we come to check in, they gave us a weird room with open windown, dirty fridge and kitchen, and a weird smell. At around 11 pm, a staff with room card opened the door without any hesitation. I am in the middle of my job and look the door with a chain so he cannot get into the room. He said this was not a guest room, it was a staff room where staff stayed and take a nap during their shift. He also confused about why they assigned us this room and it is not a standard room for guest to stay because it will not be probably clean. I was a little bit freak out to know that but I had a job started at 5 am in the morning so I went back to sleep. And also had to take all of my luggage with me on the next day because all staffs had a key of my room. Worst experience ever.

Booked 2 rooms. Checked in 1 room 2 nd room wasn’t ready. Had to leave for a Show. was told by front desk the would hold room til we returned later that night. When we returned, they gave room away. 4 of us didn’t fit in one room. We left. I would like to be refunded for the 1st room I paid for.
