Stayed for a weekend, a decent place over all, although fees and a steep valet parking charge tend to add up. Had breakfast at the on site restaurant, staff was pleasant and welcoming but the breakfast was awful...including ridiculously overcooked eggs, tepid potatoes unbuttered (and cold) toast. Ill probably opt for somewhere else next time Im in town.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt, the staff was very welcoming and kind. The lobby was very warm and cozy after walking around the city on a cold winter day. I would definitely consider staying here next time I visit, as it was in a good walking location for the activities we had planned.

I love the location, and cleaning. I don't like the fact the they charged $29, for Internet and I wasn't able to use it, and not breakfast. The bed was clean but not comfortable.

The room was very small. Despite having a king size bed, it is very easy to bump into a corner or a piece of furniture because there’s no space in the room. The closet and shower are the size of a coffin but at least the shower head had a lot of water pressure which I loved. The area is safe in quiet and there are places to shop and eat in the vicinity. The metro is one block away. The gym is also very small and the bike makes a noise each time you pedal. Worth the price for its location. South station 10 minutes away.

This was a great spot for exploring downtown Boston. T stop right nearby allowed us to explore until tired and take the train back to the hotel. Would recommend and hope to stay again.
