It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly, helpful neighbors, has a pet friendly acre of land, a DogWatch electric fence, a solar roof, and mini-split quiet AC. It has a functional kitchen and laundry area, a basement workshop with band-saws and drill presses, and a aging 3D printer. Enjoy!
