The spacious kitchen has all the amenities and a large dining table that can comfortably sit eight people.

There are four bedrooms in total. The master bedroom boasts a super king size bed and an en suite. The second master is a king size bed with the third bedroom a double bed on the ground floor. The forth bedroom is a twin room with two single beds. Two living rooms are there to enjoy with a pool table in the main living room and the downstairs living room as a cinema room to enjoy the latest movies and gaming consoles. There are three bathrooms, two with showers and a separate downstairs toilet.

The driveway is free to use for parking for up to two vehicles.

The property has a strict no party / event policy and is used for normal residential purposes only.
