"This hotel is very convenient for regular buses into Oxford city centre and was a perfect spot for our two day visit. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and I really appreciated the gluten free options that were available. The bar and seating area are very comfortable and inviting with a lovely patio area also available. I wasn't happy with the sign saying we had to pay for car parking. Not sure why people with a car should have this additional payment,...

"A lovely hotel ideally sited for exploring the area. Stratford-Upon- Avon, Oxford, Gloucester, Worcester and the smaller villages in the Cotswolds are all within easy reach. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Our twin room overlooked the high street and was large and comfortable. A great choice for breakfast. Enough to set you up for the day. Definitelty recommended."

"We were pleasantly surprised. It was a lovely stay. Good nights sleep, quiet and safe. It does need updating but it was clean and comfortable. Shame pool and gym is only open in the morning. We couldn't go after checkinh in. 20 min walk to town. Not so bad for the price. "
