"A clear explanation that entry to the unattended building would be via a keypad at the front door using the code sent by email and that entry to the apartment would be by coded access to a locked box which containted the key. Many of your guests may be used to such practices. But clearer explanations for first time users would improve the experience."

"I arrived to a beautifully presented unit. This is a property that is loved and shared with love and a clear desire for visitors to have the best time they possibly can. On arrival, it took all of five minutes for the stresses of the city to melt away after I dropped my bag on the cool, fresh living room and threw myself down on the wonderfully comfortable bed.
