"This was our second stay and the receptionist Francine welcomed us like long lost family. We had arrived early to drop off our luggage but were able to check into our room immediately. Details on the Wildlife Retreat dining, tours, zoo pass and transportation enabled us to make the most of this unique place. Our room was well appointed, decor fitting in aboriginal design, bed very comfortable and the bonus of the three kangaroos outside our window that we could watch as they went about their day. Breakfast & dinner in the dining room with the best view of the Inner Harbour is one of many of the reasons for our return. Thanks to Cameron for driving us to the ferry and the very informative guides for the after hours zoo tours. The.best place ever! "
