"Very poor stay. Hot tub that was on the deck was unusable as it and the deck were buried in snow. The bathroom shower had a spider problem. Fireplace smelled terribly of gas when we tried to use it. Only one TV worked for just a couple of channels. Guest bedroom had bunkbeds but the squeeked so badly the kids slept in our rooms. Overall smell of mildew... Other than that, refrigerator and microwave worked."

"We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately our room was not ready until 4:15 and when we went to use the shower mat it had blood on it. Our room was not properly cleaned and was late for check in due to “cleaning”. I had asked for a late check out and I got an abrupt no you’ll be out by 11. We rushed to get out by 11 and left a stuffed animal behind. I’ve reached out and not heard back. "

"This was an average hotel. It looked like they were doing some renovations: repainting the woodwork and walls. There was no chain on the door. The door was difficult to get closed. It was quiet and comfortable."

"The hotel service line wouldn't allow me to reserve a cot for our room and told me to book it through Expedia. Expedia online service called the hotel and reserved it for us and told me no charge. The hotel staff wanted to charge us extra, but they did honor the agreement. This could have all been resolved a lot easier if the hotel service line had just helped us from the beginning."
