"The property was exactly as described. Way out in the middle of nowhere so we could see lots of stars without much light pollution at all! That is the main reason we selected this house. "We came to thayer to hunt down some old relatives in the cemeteries, however we went to 3 state parks mammoth springs being the best one. The back yard of this lil house is amazing. Fire pit we enjoyed both nights, and the shower is really nice. Recommend if you have stuff to do close, or if you and 6 friends are rafting."
