"I was not able to get a code into the hostel with any of the confirmation numbers I had. I tried multiple times with different browsers both on and off WiFi. I tried to email and call several times with no response. Reached out to Expedia who also has no luck getting ahold of them (I will be refunded, thankfully). Had to book another hotel due to lack of customer service help. Would not recommend staying here. "

"Upon arrival, service was courteous and friendly. My bed didn't have a pillow, and the girl at the reception said I should find it myself from the other guests! I refused, so she went to the room and couldn't find it, so she gave me another one. The only locker left was faulty, so they gave me one by reception on the floor below. For the 5 rooms on my floor, there were 3 bathrooms only, and one was out of service (6-10 people per room). No sockets visible near the bed, nor in the room at all. In...
