"The property is lovely, and the food was amazing. We had breakfast on our reservation but they suggested that we added half board and dinner would be included as well, for 36 euros extra, per person, for a buffet. It was well worthy. Although the room was a bit far from the reception, we walk underground through a tunnel under the hotel, so it was not hard. Perhaps if you have heavy luggage it could be, due to some steps along the way, but the hotel was really nice and the 2 rooms spacious."

"A good property which is conveniently located between town centre and ski slope access. Rooms are spacious though bathrooms could do with more space and stronger air ventilators, breakfast is fine. Staff experience is varied and could swing from warm to cold. Overall at the right price it’s a good option, else may feel overvalued. "

"We stayed early in the season (Dec), so the hotel was not operating with every possible amenity. Still, for a family holiday, it just barely sufficed, given the price. Pros: spacious room, nice balcony, good location to Rosshutte ski bus. Well heated. Cons: limited access to kettle, microwave, fridge. Games area for kids wete only at a charge of €2 for any item. TV service limited. Some parts of the hotel were well-used. A bit of a walk to town centre, although still relatively central....

"A great hotel right in the heart of the city among many facilities, restaurants and tourist sights. The breakfast was great and the hotel gardens in the back delightful. "This was a truly welcoming, homely and professional hotel. We arrived early and they smiled and let us have our room with a warm welcome. Despite it being over new year and very busy around the castle they gave us a room with a birdseye view of the castle and also the beautiful horse pulled carriages some people use to get to the castle. I had been unable to get tickets to visit neuschwanstein castle before hand but they were able to get us some for the following morning and said their staff...
