"Location is great. I’ve never been asked for photo ID at check-in before…I found it odd …Room and downstairs were lovely, comfortable. There were insects coming out from under the bath. The carpet in hallway needs an upgrade, there were drips coming from the ceiling. I paid the €5 overnight car park fee and went off on a hike with my kids. "In the main we were very happy. We were upgraded from a double room to an apartment. Staff are very friendly, it was very clean and comfortable. The food is excellent. There were a few things that made it impossible to give it a 5 stars, mainly noise related. The apartment was next to the rail line and another pub across the road.
