"Lovely oasis in Ballsbridge area of Dublin. Lots of traffic in Dublin, so it took 20-30 minutes to get anywhere near Dublin City center, but Ubers and taxis were plentiful. The spa services and pool area were amazing and unique, and a welcome respite from all the walking and cold weather. Food was good. Service was friendly and attentive, and Afternoon Tea was fabulous. "

"Beautiful hotel inside and out, customer service was excellent with help with check in and out. Able to leave your luggage there while you explore, as our flight home wasn’t til the evening so it was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were very ideas. Tram is literally outside the hotel so easy access to get into the city and Ubers can park right outside so you don’t need to walk far to meet them. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
