It was spotless, every detail of the decor and space was thoughtful and intentional, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The view is beautiful and the house is quiet. The freshly baked sourdough loaf awaiting us when we arrived was delicious. Thank you, Rich and Dianne, for your hospitality! Can’t wait to come again. "

"We have been coming back to Aggieland for more than 30 years for games. We have stayed in hotels, motels, RVs and all kinds of home rentals. This was my all time favorite! Super convenient location as we like to stay towards Texas/University area. Super clean, spacious and comfy. Tucked away in the back of a home with plenty of parking. Washer/dryer were a bonus since I was coming in from a work trip and game day was a hot/sweaty mess!! The only recommendation I would have would be more...

"This is the most charming property. I stayed in the main house in a beautiful room on the ground floor. Everything is so well maintained, you feel as if you are living in your own lovely farmhouse. The owners have thought of everything - from the honor bar where you can grab a seltzer water or a snack to the delicious coffee you can make to kick off your day. I also love the pool area! Loved it all -- and can't wait to go back! "

"First, we went on the Waco tour, and this house is a stop on the tour. So it was fun hearing about the house before we stayed inside. And then, once inside, we watched Fixer Upper, S1 Ep 2 and that made the house come to life! It's definitely worth staying here, especially if you're a fan of the show. See the shiplap up close!
