"I only stayed for less than an hour before deciding that I needed to leave. From the disrespectful residents that live at this hotel, the staff and residents cursing at one another and threatening to beat each other up, and the fire alarm going off and the fire department arriving. The place smelled like marijuana. I would stay away from this place. You've been warned. You get what you pay for. "

"Everything was absolutely amazing until the people in room next to us went down to eat breakfast at 7 a.m. on Sunday morning. Their family dog barked constantly for more than 20 minutes until they returned to their room."

"I am from BCS originally and needed a last minute rental for a few nights to come in town for my grandfather's funeral. Availability was slim for rentals and slimmer for hotels. I wasn't excited about this rental but I was grateful to find a place with the basics and the location was very close to my grandma. We had some hiccups. First, the front door keypad was not unlocking; the owner helped right away and quickly resolved the issue. We were able to enter through the garage in the meantime, which, when it lifted, there was a fresh dead roach being eaten by ants. Also 2 dead roaches near the laundry in garage. The older washer has an agitator in it and was covered in black pet hair. I didnt want to spend time cleaning it so I did laundry at my grandmother's house instead.Found lots of tiny dead bugs on window sills. Technically this rental had everything needed it just never felt super welcoming for a family. More upkeep and effort is needed for the amount of money renters pay. Kitchen trash lid was absent so the open trash might be an issue with a pet - we didnt have one. Smelled of pet in one spot in master bedroom only. Armchair in one bedroom visibly dirty. Our bed was comfortable though I noticed no mattress covers on any beds. Last night a live roach was in master bedroom we had to deal with. There are a lots easy fixes for the owner to maintan better to make it a peaceful stay. Til then, I can't recommend."
