"My daughter (18) and I were in Breck for opening day and needed a last minute place to stay at an affordable price. This condo was perfect for our needs. The host was super helpful in booking same day and access was a breeze. The place has a parking garage which is super convenient. The condo is centraly located a short 10-15 min walk from downtown and the peak 9 lifts. There is also a bus stop nearby and a the Snowflake lift is right down the street. "Quaint cabin like feel, peaceful and quiet. "

"Stayed in the rental with my fiancé and our dog. I think building four is the pet friendly building and we saw a good amount of owners with their dogs. The building is located right by the ski lift and perfect walking area for our dogs. The checkin and checkout was through the resort. There was a line to check-in and check-out. I believe it’s because check-in and check-out is the same for all the people renting. "
