All that Breckenridge has to offer – skiing, hiking, biking, shopping, restaurants and more – are a short drive from this mountain hideaway just four minutes from Main Street. Tucked into a large aspen grove, it’s perfect for people looking to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Breck but be “close to the action.” You’ll and your group will also love the private hot tub and nearby hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails!

This spacious 5-bedroom + den, 5-bathroom deluxe home sleeps up to 12 people – and with all this room to spread out, it’s great for multiple families to share! Inside, the home has rustic décor and two living areas: one on the mail level with a wood fireplace large flat-screen TV and Blu-Ray player, and the second one on the lower level with a floor-to-ceiling river rock gas fireplace. There’s even a foosball table for family fun!

The kitchen has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The large dining table seats nine, and there’s room for six more at the counter. Just outside the dining area, there’s a large deck with a private hot tub, a gas grill, and a fire pit table.

There’s also a full laundry area and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Beatiful Spacious House
The Aspencliff house was wonderful, this place was very spacious and well equipped for cooking. The location is roughly 7 minutes from the ski lift; and very convenient if you dont mind looking for parking. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely come back!

Awesome Spot!!
Everything was perfect - location, house set up, property managers!! Did a reunion with friends and it was an absolutely awesome spot. The house comfortably slept our group and has really big hang out spots that made the trip so special. 7 minutes to downtown breck and really easy drive to Copper (~40min).

Huge home for summer fun
This home is huge! Plenty of space for the eight of us to spread out and relax. Even though it is August, the home stayed cool without A/C. We made a lot of use of the well-stocked kitchen. The decks were spacious and relaxing as well. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the décor was very homey. Thank you for a wonderful vacation rental.

Family Reunion
Family from Europe came over and we booked this home to celebrate our family reunion up in the beautiful mountains. Accommodations were perfect for our group of 12 with bathrooms for every bedroom. Perfect for our tribe
Cleanest home rental we’ve had. Two separate living areas worked great for all our different needs. Giant table allowed all eleven of us to sit together and eat. Easy access to all the activities we planned. While it didn’t our time and enjoyment be advised the house sits close to Hwy and can be noisy. We loved the accommodations and would choose it again.

Great getaway for family and friends!
This was a great property, as advertised. It was perfect for our group of 3 families ages ranging from 4 years old to 50's. The house is spacious and accommodating with each bedroom having access to a bathroom. The starter kits of household items are greatly appreciated. The owners/managers are very professional and sincere. Communication was perfect, with all the details we needed for a smooth check in and check out. The location is less than 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and countless fun activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family birthday!
With 6 bedrooms, there was a room for everyone. No couch sleeping for this family! Great room for the kids to sleep and hang together. Wonderful round dining table that seats 9 and plenty of counter space with stools for meals. Although we were located close to the road, the noise went unnoticed. The management was attentive and responsive. Truly a wonderful house to celebrate a family birthday and close to Breckenridge. We had a wonderful time.

Great weekend with extended family!
Really great property for more than one family—it is spread out over 3 floors with main living area on second floor which gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. Several bathrooms located in or near each bedroom. Only 10 min from downtown which was perfect. We have a large family with kids age 3-22 and shared the weekend with extended family with little ones and everyone was comfortable. Very comfortable bedrooms.

Wonderful cabin near Breckenridge
We spent the weekend for my husband’40s. We had adults, teens, kids and infants and the house was perfectly adapted for everyone. We cooked ton and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Having access to a high chair and crib was very nice. The house is very comfortable. The deck with the hot tub and bbq grill was also great. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely come back. We had a late check out at noon that was much appreciated. The regular check out at 10am would have been way too early.

Awesome Place For Multiple Families
Our Breckenridge getaway was great! We were so lucky to find such a wonderful place to stay, close by with plenty of space for all of us. We had three families stay here with 7 adults and 3 kids, everyone with their own room and wonderful comfy beds. The kids loved the bunk room and played games, while the adults enjoyed hanging out upstairs for evening drinks and conversation. It was a delight preparing our own meals in this well stocked chefs kitchen, open to the family room we were able to be apart of the activities in the family room. Loved the decorated home with tasteful accents, comfortable and inviting. We look forward to coming back soon! Thank you

Our family of 14 ( 7 adults and 7 children) recently spent three nights at Aspencliff house. Loved the downstairs for the older children. They enjoyed playing there and we could have peace in the living area. The house is very well equipped, which saved us from having to run to the store for basic items. The kitchen has every appliance you need and all types of dishes to accomodate any large group or celebration - we even got to use the Champagne glasses!! We would deffinetly stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

Incredible place for large family gathering
This home is really incredible! Great deck with jacuzzi and gas fire pit. They supplied plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need. Huge dinning room that sat us all. Wonderful great room with fireplace and HUGE TV (TVs in every bedroom) and plenty of room for 12 people. If you have kids, the bunk beds and that area (foosball, video games/TV) was a blast for the kids! Most mattresses were very comfortable. Close to Hwy 9 but October so windows were shut. Only drawbacks would be you have to drive anywhere to walk/play and no real views of the mountains. The viewing of the stars on the deck at 10pm...WOW!!! Overall just an incredible place for the price and location near Breck. Thanks for the great family memories!!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving holiday
Our stay during Thanksgiving was delightful. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to create a holiday feast. The round dining table was a great feature to enjoy every meal with most of the family around. The management company was always available if we had any needs (which we didn't). The location was great, a short drive from downtown. Very spacious with plenty of rooms, and entertainment areas. The only downside was a lot of stairs. The older members struggled. The "main" floor has a bedroom, but the bed is small, and it's the middle level. The front door is on the bottom level. The master bedroom is on the top level. This would have been nice to know. I would highly recommend this home to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Great house
We stayed at Aspencliffe with 2 other families and it was great! The layout of the house works very well for large groups. The house is very warm and inviting and the hot tub was a huge hit! The house is located close to town so you can run to the grocery store or go to downtown Breck in no time! We do have a few "cons": 1) The noise from Hwy 9 is pretty loud when sitting outside on the deck 2) There isn't an outdoor firepit for everyone to gather around to roast smores and hang out. 3) There are only 3 TV's in the entire house - one bedroom upstairs, main living room & kids room. We had a sick child on the trip who stayed in his parents bedroom for 2 days and he didn't have a TV to watch. I know we don't go on vacation to sit around and watch TV but sometimes they are nice to have for extenuating circumstances. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and loved Breckenridge! We are very thankful to the Ross's for letting us rent their beautiful home!

Great location for a multigenerational family
This was a great spot for our multigenerational family. Close to Breckenridge and many wonderful trails along the valley heading up to Hoosier Pass, including Quandary Peak. The 70-somethings were able to use the bedroom on the main floor to minimize stair usage (although note that it does require one flight of stairs, if you’re not able to use stairs at all). The teens had the bunk room with the video games/foosball downstairs. And the little kids could stay upstairs, away from the noise at bedtime. They do have a pack-and-play, crib, and high chair at the house, which was convenient. It’s a short drive into Breckenridge and even though it’s right off Hwy 9, we did not hear highway noise. Full kitchen was perfect for cooking. (They do have a corkscrew for wine bottle opening and a coffee grinder…two things I always look for at a VRBO!) The hot tub was nice and there were plenty of towels. It rained quite a bit while we were there and we didn’t use the grill but the patio setup looks very nice for good weather! Overall, a great spot for a large family.

Breckenridge Mountain Home Just Book It
Five adults and one 6 year old thoroughly enjoyed this home in the mountains while on a long ski weekend to Breck. The home could easily accommodate a larger group than ours. The beautiful bedrooms all with accompanying bathrooms provide the privacy even the closest of vacationers hope for when travelling in a group and staying in one home. The hot tub also a hit with all of us and the full moon from there a delight at night. House well equipped we didn’t have any outstanding needs. The initial supplies provided were more than sufficient. Proximity to Breck was excellent—a short 5-7 minute drive. Yet when you’re at the home property you feel secluded and nestled in the surrounding woods as if you are farther out than you actually are. Grocery store just 5 min into Breckenridge has everything you need. There’s a Walmart nearby too. Concierge services are just a text away and they checked in with us regularly to ensure all was well. We look forward to our return! Just book it. I would again in a heartbeat :)

Spacious Girls Trip to Aspencliff!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Aspencliff. The house was huge with plenty of room for our group of 10 to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed and the large round table was so fun to gather around. We enjoyed being in the woods but still a less than 10 minute drive to Breckenridge's main street.
