Big room, quiet location, comfortable bed and HOT shower (winner in the winter especially). "Very clean, great space - we had the king room, bed very comfortable, extra blankets and iron/board, good toiletries, great spotless shower, warm room. Tea bags and coffee was instant sachets. No glasses for wine etc. - just those tiny thick china cups & saucers and a couple of small water glasses. No breakfast service for those needing an early start before the local cafes open. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean and well maintained and good Internet coverage."

"The house was very nice and clean, with all the essentials provided. The fireplace was a lovely touch and kept the house warm and cozy. I would suggest adding a microwave and perhaps a wardrobe for hanging larger jumpers and jackets, if possible. Overall, it was an amazing stay!"

"It's an older motel that is getting renovated. when I checked in I was greeted by Margaret who is absolutely gorgeous. Her first sentence to me was hello, I was getting worried about you! so sweet - as it was dark and late when I arrived. (and travelling as a female on her own can be daunting) The room was just the right size for me, the heater worked well and they had a new kettle, toaster and microwave in the room so that was a win. Electric blankets on the bed as well. As I said, it's older but getting done up. I would happily stay there again. "
