"The review is in fact for Mövenpick Zagreb as Pullman Zagreb is unable to fulfill the booking citing delay in opening as the reason. And so they offer me Mövenpick as the alternative. Was offered the junior suite. Good room size but there was no view (just construction when you look out of your window). Room was ok but would prefer option to have brighter lighting. You need to keep pressing on the button of the hair dryer for it to work and the button is quite hard and thus making it difficult...

"I just have to rave about the helpfulness of the staff. Especially a kind, bubbling Elizabeth. Elizabeth went out of her way to solve any problems I might have. Each morning she booked a cab for me. And treated me as a friend with recommendations , you could tell she truly cares about people. There was a problem with loud noise coming from what sounded like the house cleaners very late one night. I think they live there, and were arguing quite loudly.
