Room was cramped bathroom very tiny, room wasnt has clean has should be, we had 3 bottles of shampoo, no conditioner, no shower gel however their was plenty of handsoap, no shower mat provided and no hand towels, no spoon provided for tea/coffee. Room needs a revamp has you can see where repairs have been made, in shower above extractor fan their is a random wire which is/could be a seriuos risk

Shower had no pressure. Mattress had stains covering it. Tv didn’t work. Extremely loud and noisy could hear every single room, due to very think walls. Check in was not good, had to call to get the code when it should have been sent before hand.

The room was in a poor state and smelled of marijuana, the TV did not work, the mattress was very soft and the springs could be felt through it, I opened the patio style door to get some fresh air but the small courtyard was full of feral pigeons and stank of them so closed the door. I asked for a change of room but was not offered one. In the end I packed my bag and booked into the Travelodge.

It's a shame because it could have been a nice place, but unfortunately, it's full of drunk people, others doing drugs, smoking in the hallways, singing, and making noise. The bathroom is super small, and the bed is terrible. Very disappointing. Also if you are not able to use your phone when you get there you wont get in as you need code from the doors and there is no one to talk to in case you need.

I’ve stayed here on three occasions, each one worse than the one before and only returned due to the convenient location and low prices (at the time). The beds are uncomfortable, and the rooms were cold (small heaters are provided but these are small and noisy). You can hear every noise throughout the property and most nights I had barely any sleep, the worst night was when a couple had managed to get into the property but couldn’t access their room so we’re trying to get into my room! They had tried typing random pins as you can hear when someone is putting a code in and eventually called the helpline, as the walls are so thin I could hear the whole conversation and it turned out they had not submitted their ID to get the check-in details yet! I felt so unsafe especially as a solo traveller, when I contacted the property their response was just a template sorry and that it’s an unstaffed property. If sleeping and comfortability are not priority then staying here is fine but otherwise I would avoid. After 3 chances the only thing that’s good about this place is its location.

It was smooth check in with instruction email. Located just in front of bus stop which is strong selling point. Good Wi-Fi connection but no normal TV signal in my room. My concern was no instruction or information about switching on or off of radiator so first night was soooo cold. Second day I found where the switch of radiator. Please show more visible this point. Also noise from neighbouring room is very loud and I can hear all conversations. Toilet cleaning stuff smell is so strong in small room. That’s my disappointment things in this accommodation.
