In our view it was overpriced for what we got. However, a lovely location at marina, with a very small balcony overlooking it. For nearly £1000 for 3 nights bed and breakfast I thought there would be a bit more 'care'. Room wasnt cleaned first day, air con didnt work properly despite reporting. Just OK.

Two night stay in early April, had a balcony room overlooking marina and loved it. Weather was fantastic so could open up the bifold doors and really enjoy the sun. Had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent. There are certainly cheaper dining options very close by but

The room was lovely and a great view. Only thing I would say is that after check out at 11am, we would have liked to have sat and enjoyed the view with a drink but the bar didn’t open until 12.

Quite difficult to find the main entrance but apart from that enjoyed staying here. Had a great view of the marina from our room and found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is well situated with a number of restaurants/cafes nearby and free parking in Brighton is very unusual! Only downside if you could call it that is it’s about 2 miles from the centre of Brighton. However I’d certainly recommend it.
