Wonderful stay at The Twenty One. Host made it very easy for us and staff were super friendly. Stayed in one of the smaller rooms- room 7- but it was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast, as many of the reviews say, really was top class. Would definitely stay again. Hotel just off the buzzing st James street and found an amazing corner bar just around from the hotel with Sunday night jazz. A great stay and weekend.

Wonderful and calming
A really relaxing and enjoyable stay. The communication from host was very good and made me feel totally welcome - Suzie is such kind and thoughtful host. The room was perfect for what I needed, calming and spotless with a touch of luxury. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding, easily one of the best breakfasts I've had in Brighton let alone at a bnb. The building is also a gorgeous space throughout, and felt really safe. Lots of places to park if you are travelling by car. Cannot wait to return hopefully soon.

One night stay to attend an event in Brighton, the owner was super welcoming and very friendly and knowledgeable about nice places to eat in Brighton, room was stylish and spotlessly clean, breakfast was delicious, would definitely stay there again.

Had a great welcome and comfortable stay with Susie and Telly at The 21. Fabulous breakfasts. Great location close to the seafront and within walking distance of the centre of Brighton. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an accommodation! The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was AMAZING! I would recommend this property to anyone.
