"New residential area with a large amount of condos. Nice view of the lake and a good amount of trails along the water. The host was very quick to respond whenever i had any questions. The unit was freshly cleaned prior to our arrival. We went in November as our plans were in Toronto but this would be a nice little summer getaway."

"The access to the property was poor. No communication was sent with access information.I had to initiate how to gain access. Had to wait 2 hrs to get in. There were no bathroom towels. We were 4 guest. No extra blankets. Dirty cleaning supplies were not put away. Obviously not clean."

"Love the property, its a beautiful home. Well taken care of. Lovely weekend away from Toronto with friends, it was exactly what we werelooking for. Good communication would book there again. Sont forget to go on the IT movie walk in town. "

"House is spacious and supplies adequate. Just bring your own towels and linens as earlier advised by owner Water supply, hot and cold, is abundant for 12 people. Parking for 5 cars, no problem. Things that can easily be added to make the property more user friendly: 1) Grab bars in bath tubs to prevent accidents. We had two slips and had to grab the shower curtain and avoided a bad fall. 2) Electric fan in each room to address the warm nights of summer. Bought our own fans ar Port Perry...

"The stay was warming and comforting as it provided all that I needed. Nothing like staying indoors during the cold with family and making memories. Would come back here for warmer days as well!"
