Our room wasn’t clean, beds were clean and neatly made but the floors and bathroom was dirty Called. Front desk they switched us to another room which was clean. housekeeping manager came to our room personally to apologize which made the stay much more comfortables Overall I give it. 7/10 Staff was very friendly which always makes the stay better

Bedsheets had small old blood stains. Sheets covering the bed (ontop) were dirty. Room was spacious and clean. Trouble getting inside my room, needed assistance. Door had to be pushed in to open. Had to go up and down the stairs with my luggage 3x to find help. Staff was minimal, but helpful. $250 deposit fee upon check in? Unexpected. Breakfast was ok.

The bathtub and basin drain was blocked. The air conditioning was extremely loud, their wasn't an option to shut it off so I turned the temp up to 27 celcius. Around 3am the AC turned on because it was that hot inside and I wasn't able to fall back asleep since it was so hot and I had to leave the AC on for about an hour before I could turn it off again. Disappointing to pay that much money for sub par accommodation.
