Train was a great service to get you in the thick of Freo, as the locals lovingly call it. Markets were a hive of activity with some great local produce and art. Well worth grabbing a coffee and going for a wander. Keep your card close, it’s very tempting to just keep PayPass busy! Most gorgeous local honey on offer from a very knowledgeable and friendly beekeeper. Met a beautiful artist with some cute Aussie animal art; they just had to come home with me to live on my walls!
Paid parking everywhere, easy to walk around, with lots of places to see and eat, love this area.
Very crowded on Sunday. Not sure if as crowded on other days
Disappointed as it has become very touristy.
