"The staff at this hotel are so nice. The breakfast is really good. My room was comfortable, a little spartan but that was fine. Everything I needed was there. I love the lobby, I don’t know if you’d all it art deco or faded grandeur but I really did like it. This hotel is right in the middle of everything. The sea is 5 minutes walk in one direction, including the ferry terminal. The railway station 10 minutes in the other. I was very comfortable here."

"We were very comfortable at Palazzo Bellocchi. Everything about the room and location was perfect. The breakfast that was included was hearty, as well. My one note is that I only realized that we needed to go to Hotel Orientale to pick up the keys because I read it in a review. "Overall the property is good and in nice location. If you just want to have a bed and shower, do your washing this will do nicely. It’s 10 min walk from train station and port. You have three supermarkets, bakery and farmers market within 5-10 min walk. Main Street with local restaurants is also 5 mins away. It can get a bit noisy as the apartment is right next to the street. Convenient self check in and check out. The property was overall clean in strategic places like bathroom and bed, however...

"The front desk was on the ground floor, as usual in Europe. The lift that I never used was a little bit up the stairs. To get to the 1st floor, I had to climb another circular flight of stairs. The room I had was big enough for myself, with the bathroom having plenty of space. Overall, the fixtures were aged, worn, but clean. The bed was very comfortable, the pillow being a little shallow. I asked for a second pillow and promptly got it. My room overlooked the ferry terminal across the street....

"Lovely place to spend the night. Plenty of parking, beautiful common area, clean and quiet room with nice furnishings and refreshing scents! The towel rod was broken in our bathroom and we had some trouble operating the front gate. I also cannot comment on breakfast because we left too early to enjoy it. The whole place is unreal, out of a movie, and definitely worth visiting for the falcon and horse shows."
