Is in a good spot. Was travelling with kids so having limited wi-fi was not good. Not much cleaning products ex. Bags, dish cloth, scrubber. Limited appliances. Made do. Great for a friends vaca not so much family.

1. From the check in process after staffed hours in the dark trying to send photos of ID and credit card 2. Earlier in the day asking to leave our suitcases somewhere safe and after checking in finding them sitting in the foyer for anyone to take at 9pm, hours later! 3. Very surprised at how inconvenient it was to all 3 staff sitting at the desk when I advised our dryer wasn’t working and I had washing to dry, this was a less than pleasant stay. I would not recommend staying here.

We were incredibly disappointed with our stay at code apartments. Safe to say the apartment did not look anything like the pictures and we were grossly mislead. There were live and dead cockroaches throughout the apartment, stains on the bedding, pillows and sofa. The check in process was beyond bizarre, asking me to send a photo of the front and back of my bank card to confirm my identity…we have since escalated our complaint to code apartments but are yet to hear back off them. Avoid at all costs!

The check-in process went smoothly, though it took a little while. From the answer of the couple working behind the front desk it was clear they knew hardly anything about the rooms. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues in the apartment. The entry door handle came off, the towel holder by the bathroom sink was partially broken, and the kitchen cupboard was damaged, preventing us from closing it. Additionally, the blind chain fixture was broken and detached from the wall in the main room. The air vent in the bedroom was extremely loud with no way to turn it off. To top it off, there was mould in the bathroom. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing. The best part was the location, walking to the showgrounds was 10min not like the 2min mentioned in the ad. Which is still fine. When we left the lady took the key and said that's all. Lowering her face back to her book? On the desk. So no friendy smile or best wishes.

Room was not overly clean with dubious stains on the very uncomfortable sofa and pillows smelling of too many heads. Lacking some basics at this price point eg bedside light - you have to turn off the light at the wall and jump into bed, no reading in bed!

TV did not work / lounge dirty / Advised cleaning staff and reception about the Tv no response/ lift operations needs looking at stuck in basement levels for 20 minutes or more on four occasions lift would go to ground level then back up to R roof I guess at least 3 times before coming down to basement car park area.will not be back.

Can hear when the water goes down the pipes, from the upstairs level apartments, every time someone flushes the toilet, showers, washes their hands, or uses the washing machine. The range hood was very sticky, greasy and dirty. The bathroom sink was blocked and there is limited parking for visitors. Apart from that, the queen bee was very comfortable to sleep in, however, I was cold, with just a sheet and a thin blanket on the bed. I had to use the spare blanket to put over the top, which was meant for a single bed and it was also a thin blanket.
