Not my favourite stay. Room was dirty n noisy. Even though I paid more for a room with bathtub, I didn’t get to use it as the design of the tub was such that the water outlet is right in your face when you lay down in the tub. Also, there’s no AC in the bedroom. Bad design. There’s 2 trees just outside my room n I’m woken up at 3am every morning by the birds.

Comfortable stay
Friendly greeting received on check in and given a room on higher floor after checking we had no issue with heights. Room was comfortable and recently renovated with comfortable bed and pillow and new air conditioner that was nice and quiet. Carpark was included at no extra cost. Some parks were not accessible during our stay due to renovations, but we had no issue getting a carpark. Overall comfortable stay, friendly staff and would stay again.

Basic accommodation, we couldn't get the TV to work , think we had to scan QR codes but it didn't work ,but the proximity to Westfield makes up for it .

Pros: across the road from Westfield Chermside Also across the road from Bus Terminal- convenient as only 30min ride to Queens St mall and QPAC. Free parking included, a real bonus! Cons: Although we were given a recently renovated room, we found the following: No real benchspace in bathroom No towelring for handtowel Very cheap cutlery Chux was very small...appears they had cut one into about 4 pieces and only provided you with one. Having said all of the above, we stay there when going to Brisbane as it is convenient for parking, public transport and shopping

We booked the Quest Chermside to stay at while visiting from Melbourne for our Mothers’ 90th birthday event. We work to drills and other tools and equipment being used for renovating the floor directly below level 5 which was our floor. 7 am get up apparently. The renovations meant that we were met with tradesmen with wheelbarrows of concrete in the lift. I could go on. Hopefully the renovations will be done soon. Excellent Location, lovely people wrong time.
