"The staff were very nice and helpful, however our stay was quite disappointing. The wifi didn’t work at all when we got there and even after getting fixed we kept losing connection a few times. Bathroom light was out. Air conditioning was completely broken and took few days to install a new one. We got a spot cooler as a temporary replacement but that was connected to the balcony so our window partially needed to be open which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, especially at night. "Couldn’t say enough good things about this property. We were originally headed to North Queensland and got diverted because of the floods, a last minute booking and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived at almost midnight, and they left us very handy instructions, and were equally as helpful when we had to check out at 4am a week later. Will definitely be back for the hospitality, beautiful rooms and perfect location "
