"I booked my stay over 3 months prior to arriving and after driving 1200klm I found that they had cancelled my booking through Wotif even though I was assured that NO CONFIRMATION was required. There was actually something large happening in Tweed Heads as we checked 11 other facilities and they were all fully booked. The staff offered NO assistance at all and made out that we hadn't booked but I showed them my Wotif confirmation and all he said was - I have no booking. Wotif should drop this...
