"Just convenient, clean, comfortable, friendly, unpretentious and value for money. I come into Melbourne from regional Victoria and I can train in as Southern Cross station is close, or opt to drive and park. No drama. Staff are always helpful and on hand if you need help."

"Overall great stay, the gym is one of the best I’ve seen. I was on the 39th floor which had great views however the music from the bar on the 40th floor could be heard till 11pm and the staff were not able to get it turned down as the restaurant is under different management."

"Room was clean and good size. Bed was very comfotable. The check-in was fast. There is no room service, but there are 3 very good restaurants nearby. One Italian restaurant was at the ground floor of the hotel and do take out. The 2nd one is SouthBAR at the corner of the street and 3rd restaurant is at Queen lane. There are also Subway and Mcdonalds 2 minutes walk. "
