Seaview Studio 2 minutes to the Beach w/ balcony

Beautiful spacious first floor Studio apartment located just above the golden sands of Stone Bay Beach. Enjoy the sunrise over the sea, as you sip your coffee on the balcony, or take a short stroll into town to enjoy the many restaurants, pubs and bars on offer.

The train station is a 15 minute walk. Viking Bay 10 minutes walk. Central Broadstairs 10 minutes walk.

The Studio is a cosy one bedroom space, with kitchen and separate bathroom. It is on the first floor accessible by stairs (so, unfortunately, not wheelchair accessible).

The Studio has a king-size bed with a comfortable Mattress, luxury bedding, fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries.

All guests receive access to our exclusive digital guest guide, which includes recommendations for local restaurants & activities.

Free parking is available on the street directly outside the property

The Studio is located in The Gables, a beautiful Victorian detected property (built sometime between 1896 and 1905) and therefore has many original features and some ‘quirks’. We ask that any guest understand this ahead of booking.

Balcony is great, although unluckily we had builders across the street and directly below, so a little noisy. Parking at the weekends is tough but to be expected given the proximity to the beach. Studio was clean and well equipped.
