"We stayed at this brand new house with friends and family during the Columbus Day long weekend, and the house is perfect, both in its condition and location. Although it is not a huge house, but all the rooms are well pointed, and the layout is very well thought out. "We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good. The hill walking down to pond was steep. For young kids could be tricky. Wish the outside furniture was a little cleaner to sit on. We also couldn’t find any cleaning products to wipe down anything."

"This is a great little hidden gem in the back woods of NH. This is not within walking distance to any of the pools or arcades in the pictures. It is on a dirt road in the back woods - very quiet! The kitchen is well equipped (kids plates too!). The beds are comfortable. The house was clean (minus one very moldy shower curtain). The biggest issue we had was that the oven/stove was broken. In renting a house, the intent is to cook a few meals in the home. Not having an oven or a stove made this...

"This house actually has four bedrooms and sleeps 14 people! The location was perfect for is — really close to the summer camp where our boys are attending. We did not go down to Webber pond from the house. We really enjoyed the hot tub, which is in a nice spot on the front porch. We also use the gas grill, which was handy. The kitchen is very large and well equipped. A clean sponge and dishwasher detergent and dish all provided. They even had some staples in the pantry like sugar, salt, pepper,...

"We have stayed here numerous time. The property owners are so responsive and the communication is always great. The house is clean, a perfect size for a larger family and the hot tub is an added perk. Only downside would be the air conditioning on one side of the house. We will definitely be back again as it’s become a tradition and our reservation and stays are always seamless. "

"This house was perfect size for our growing extended family and the 4 bathrooms were a plus. The grounds were not true to the pictures (there was no view, the deck was not very big and the lawn was partially dirt). The kitchen was nice and big and provided us with all we needed. The driveway was a little tight because we have to park 5 cars but we made it work. Overall was a good experience."

"5 of us Mature (over 65) ladies wanted a shopping trip in North Conway and we decided to book this house so we could enjoy our stay a little longer. The house was excellent in how comfortable and clean it was. Everything was provided from soap and bath items to lots of clean towels and bedding. While we didn't really use the recreation items in the basement, it was nice that they were there if we chose to use them. We did set off the smoke alarm once making pizza but then we felt better knowing...
