"The only con regarding the property is that it is on a small block and parking is scarce. Otherwise the property and stay was wonderful. Joel was a great host: very helpful, and accommodating. Walking through the door, the air is fragrant, the decor is welcoming and the property is clean. Brick wall leading you upstairs, new kitchen appliances, and a fenced backyard. Minor details such as tissue art in both bathrooms made you appreciate the hospitality. Will definitely book & visit again."

"What a great trip. The property was perfect, clean comfortable, roomy. The neighborhood was amazing to walk around. It seems everyone had decorated for Halloween, and we walked through at night, taking pictures. We even had a nightcap at the bar on the corner. Parking is a bit of a challenge but we got super lucky, and parked in front of the door every single time. Our host couldn’t be better. He was easy reachable, responsive, and friendly. We would stay here again. "

"A great location. Short on and off I-95. Easy to airport, art museum and center city. Parkin in Phila is always a challenge but I found spots within 3 blocks in the street. Parking in front is restricted to 2 hrs from 4-pm to 2am in front of the house. If you have a large group, living room seating is limited. The Host, Anthony, was GREAT. Very responsive. Immediately took care of minor issues. "

The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with some essentials. The area is in close proximity to grocery and convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants. "We were a group of 7 visiting for our yearly family reunion. This place was perfect. The rooms are a nice size and are spaced apart perfectly. This property is beautiful!! The only downside is parking."

"This house worked perfectly for our needs for our family and friends. Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay for the weekend and remarked how nice it was to stay here. Location was very convenient for us. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely book this property again if we need to be in this area again for a gathering or event. "All four beds were comfortable. Plenty of blankets, towels, and pillows. Place was stocked with coffee and tea. Great place to stay to visit Philly. Small couch and TV, not really great to hang out but that was fine with us. Kitchen and bathrooms were adequate."

"We traveled to Philly for my son’s 16th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own space and we were able to gather in the living room comfortably to watch movies. All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. The rooftop view was beautiful and a great place to wind down at the end of the night, read quietly and watch the sunrise.
