"The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks."

"Great hotel to stay in. Very central, 4min walk to underground where you can go anywhere in Berlin. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. Room was just right for our 3 day stay,, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and some hot things and a selection of meats and cheese. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Berlin."
