"The room was beautiful with amazing views of the volcano and lake. There were monkeys on the property. The staff were freindly and helpful. We were greeted by someone that spoke no english which was quite uneasy seeing as how we just arrived on the island at 6pm (sunset) and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the space. "The hotel room was great but no staff around to help. I didn’t have water the whole afternoon until late night and the next morning I was taking a shower and the water gone I have get out of the shower with soap and start yelling to anyone to help me and after 2 hours they fixed by the time I have to check out.
