"Location is superb. Directly opposite Pavillion, next to Fahrenheit. Room is clean, bed is comfortable but pillows are SO flat. Love the corner vanity nook. Body soap dispenser is broken. Only one robe inside. TV channels are very limited and the Chromecast function needed the staff to come and fix it. "

"We have stayed here for the past three years staying in excess of 20 days each time. We cannot fault the hotel. Good pool excellent breakfast choices and the location is its biggest asset. Really friendly staff and MRT/monorail and buses. Purple line for Chinatown, Green Line for KLCC and Blue Line for Little India."

"I was confused looking for this place, coz they changed their name to Budget Hotel(or Budget Inn?), but then my twin room was good, spacious - not like in HK - with a new strong shower and comfortable bed. The whole hostel seems to be newly renovated and has a great location right beside the night food market and walking distance to Pavilion and Petronas. People at reception were friendly too."
