Centrally located in Hanoi Old Quarter. Very convenient, close to many city attractions and shopping areas. Hotel staffs are very accommodating, genuinely caring and fun to be around with - even the “Trainees” were well mannered and were all knowledgeable of their roles and responsibilities.

What a fantastic hotel. From the moment we walked in, the staff were attentive and incredibly polite and could not do enough for us. So close to everything in the Old Quarter. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back.

The staff were lovely. Very clean hotel. We couldn’t stay for breakfast on our last day, the staff prepared a breakfast we could take away. The service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at The Solaria Hotel, everything was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were excellent, check in was quick. They gave us lots of information about the area which was helpful. Check out was quick and the staff were excellent with helping us get a grab ride to the airport. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It's centrally located and very walkable. My room was beautifully appointed and spacious. The rooftop bar was amazing and the breakfast was exceptional. The team went out of their way to help make my stay more enjoyable, including packing a breakfast for me to accommodate an early flight. The airport transfer driver also stopped at train street and helped me get an iconic photo on my way out of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Solaria and it was a the perfect refuge after a long day of travel and the hustle and bustle of the city. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond during every part of our stay. They help us arrange a private taxi to Sa Pa and thoughtfully packed us to-go bags with waters and snacks for our travels from Ha Noi and even remembered that I was a vegetarian. Cannot recommend strongly enough!

We thought Solaria was a great base for our visit to Hanoi and Vietnam's north (with side trips to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh & Sa Pa). Well located near the lake, and just on the outskirts of the (crazy, bustling) old quarter -a couple of minutes walk away The staff could not do enough for us - super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great with plenty of western and local options. The rooms are medium sized, but very comfortable.

Staff was wonderful, location was perfect. The only inconvenience was the room. The room had a fishy smell, I’m not sure if the previous guests brought seafood to the room, but we couldn’t get behind the smell, it was even difficult to sleep. Hotel staff did provide a freshener to help with the smell and it helped a little.
