"An unique opportunity to stay in an historic property in the Bothwell area. This place has a comfortable feel with antique furnishings and modern ensuite. The golf setup was pleasing to those interested. Half the guests during my stay were golfing. There is the option for a communal evening meal in the modern events room which has a lovely view of the countryside. The food was good as was the conversation among the guests.There was a reading and historical backgrounding on the property. It is peaceful. Would stay again!"

"Beautiful house with lots of character. Very close to the town's shopping centre and lots of interesting places to visit , all in close proximity.Beds were comfortable. Although temperatures were cold at night, the heat pumps provided plenty of warmth.Lovely gardens in a quiet setting."

"Home was a good size, had everything we needed but it wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived as the floor didn’t look like it was swept, also ensuite bathroom wasn’t swept either. Was a trail of ants in the ensuite bathroom all the way through to the bedroom.The next day the ants where also in the kitchen"

"My family and I stayed at this beautiful luxurious home for our holiday. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, the layout of the home was very suited for my elderly parents located in a beautiful peaceful street with a beautiful view. The pantry was full of various herbs and spices, the coffee machine was easy to use, which catered for our coffee kicks for the day. Most of all, Mark and Miriam are amazing hosts with their prompt responses. The art on the wall is absolutely mesmerising, we had everything we needed and more to feel we were home away from home.
