There were no plates, forks, or spoons. No microwave oven, no complimentary water. As a businessman travelling and surviving on takeaways these are a must. The staff were average.

The property is on the river, a great position but our room looked out on the walkway to the bar/ dining area, the windows needed cleaning but the area we looked onto only had dull daylight. We were also located next to the storage area for linen and cleaning equipment which meant it was noisy too. Disappointed as it was the most expensive overnight stay during a very enjoyable month in Queensland
