"I stayed here for 2 weeks and I can say this is my most favorite and best hotel in Tokyo! Staff are super friendly and they will help with laundry and luggage services. This is my go to hotel from now on whenever I come to Japan again! Thank you all so much for making me and my partner feel welcomed!"

"It was a smaller room, but it worked for a night. The hotel is a very short walk from Ueno Station, great if coming in from Narita. It is also close to Okachimachi station. A few minutes walk to Ueno Ameyoko Shopping Street. I would probably book this place again, because of the location and price."
