"In general Cerulean Tower is a great hotel with fair sized rooms, is clean, has a very comprehensive bathroom amenities kit, the convenience of 7 Eleven just outside the door and is walkable from Shibuya shopping, restaurants and metro station. A coin laundry is not too far away also so is good for families wanting to base themselves in area on longer stays. The service however did slip since our previous experience here which was a little disappointing in that we were advised the Poppins Kids...
