Such a lovely hotel!! Absolutely amazing location for walking to Harajuku and other areas! The hotel is literally right next to an underground subway line and a short 5 minutes walk away from a main train station! My room was lovely- quiet, comfortable and cleaned everyday. Very friendly English speaking staff too! I’d highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Tokyo.

Hotel was located in a great area, but amenities were average. Ordered an in room massage and it was NOT a massage, and definitely not for the price. They do it on the bed and basically just push your body into the bed, not relaxing, not what was advertised.

If you want a quiet and beautiful neighborhood that’s convenient to train system and all the busy parts of Tokyo, this is the hotel for you. The restaurant is lovely with a varied breakfast buffet and a nice Italian-Japanese menu for evening. The staff is so kind and accommodating. The large public bath is like a spa retreat - crisp and clean. We loved our 5 night stay here.

Although it felt like this hotel was far away from shops, etc., it actually wasn't once we started walking around the area. And despite being close to a university, there didn't seem to be too much traffic. The hotel lobby is very modern and the employees are always available to assist (and speak English quite well). When it comes to the room, our view overlooked the park, which was nice, but the room itself was quite cramped. I understand that many hotel rooms in Japan are small in size, but this one seemed quite small. A nice feature of our room was the balcony! It was nice to get some fresh air into the room and to sit outside. The tv in our room was not a smart tv like we had at other hotels, so programs were limited. Regarding the bathing area, we had issues filling the bathtub; the plug didn't fit well, and I felt like the sink area walls needed some deep cleaning, although there were mostly water spots. The gym is quite nice with two treadmills, two ellipticals, a rower and a couple of bikes available. There were a few medicine balls, a band, jump rope and a couple of foam rollers. I went both days of my stay and the second day, the disinfectant bottle was near empty and needed refilling. It also would have been nice to have had towels available there as well. We used the washer/dryer machines during our stay. There were only a handful so I had to wait a few times since the cycles were 2hrs, but still, it was nice to have had access to a washer/dryer!

Excellent property. Rooms are a bit small, but that’s typical for Tokyo. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was fantastic! There is a train station that you can walk down right beside the property too, making it easy to get around.

I’d liked the staff, they were very helpful. I didn’t like the area, and the hotel was right on a train run, we upgraded our room and all we can see was the train running and the top roofs of couple of buildings. They charge us ¥3000 to stay, two extra hours. As our pick up was 1 PM. The hotel and amenities were average

Hotel was very clean, had modern furnishings, and staff was very helpful. Unfortunately the location was not so convenient with no convenience stores within 5 minutes walk and no restaurants within 5 minutes. This will be great for someone looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Great hotel. A bit out of the way but some travellers may prefer the quietness. Granted there are two close subway stations, but nothing immediately around including a convenience store.
