"This property was Amazing! We were able to experience the Nikki Lounge which was available most of the day and had complimentary snacks and drinks that varied throughout the day. It also had a beautiful view of Mt Fuji. Our room was adequate size considering we were in Tokyo. We came to this hotel to visit Tokyo Disneyland and they had 2 convenient options to travel to the parks, either via bus or the Disney monorail. *be aware the monorail does not drop you off in front of the hotel, you can either walk the rest of the way or you can wait for another bus. Bus arrivals and departures are listed in lobby. Front desk spoke English and staff were very friendly. The main lobby was beautiful, 2 Disney themed stores to purchase souvenirs, 2 restaurants and 1 convenience store. We visited during December and it was very chilly on some days, what was nice was that the hotel had outside heaters directly above where you wait for the buses to Disney. We had an amazing experience here and the hotel always smelled good! "

"Very nice hotel with plenty of good dining options. The location is ideal as it’s only a few min walk from Shinagawa Station. This hotel is an ideal “base of operations” when visiting Tokyo or even Japan in general. The Shinkansen and the NEX both run through this station making the location extremely convenient."

"This is the second time I have visited this hotel. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable and roomy. I remember the breakfast was better the last time I came (Nov. 2023). Here is a tip: if you are using the Disney metro transport - do not use your Passimo or Suica card, instead get a day or multiday pass. Each time you use your card, it is 300 yen....and that adds up because you get on and off going to the shopping area and to your hotel. The hotel gardens are closed for the winter, but it is beautiful. So worth your effort if you want to head to Narita or Haneda as they have a shuttle. I booked the hotel on Expedia so I couldn't get Hilton honor points --- but they extended me free breakfast for the duration I was there. The staff were so accommodating and kind. "
