"Hotel staff was very friendly. Even though some of them were not able to communicate to us in English, they readily used a translation tool. Hotel room was tiny. If you have big suitcases, it would be an issue. The hotel has a public bath and it was a very nice experience for me. We thought we messed up using the luggage delivery service, and we were going back to the Lawson to try and ask the clerk for help, but one of the hotel staff ran outside to accompany us to ask, and even called the hotel we were sending our luggage to.
