"Very convenient touch down spot in Tokyo as the Shinagawa train station also has the bullet train for additional regional travel and the subway for around Tokyo sightseeing. Lots of choices for dining and the top storey bar has amazing view of Tokyo at night and is a great place to hang out. "

"Great location and just an escalator/elevator ride down to Hachiko Statue and the Shibuya station. Very close and walkable to all of the food, shops and subway, literally a 1 minute walk from everything. Highly recommend for those who have never stayed in Tokyo before, it’s a good place to start your stay."

"Bit difficult to find the first time (head toward the toho cinemas and walk through the shops past the 7/11) and take the elevator to the 8th floor. Otherwise, amazing location. Staff were super helpful. Rooms are the usual Japan size with slightly bigger bathroom. Convenience cannot be beat with just a short walk from exit B13 (metro exit) and in the center of Shinjuku"

"Great and safe location — short walk to Shinjuku Station which is a major hub of many metro and JR lines; next door to a convenience store. Efficient and clean — as with most (all?) things Japanese, the hotel works! Very strict late check-out policy, though. "
